Special co-working experience, standard office space, and innovative cooperative of companies who work in and with sustainability. With two floors of parking for electric cars, the building is sustainably connected to the rest of Mallorca.
Green ideas under one roof.
The base.
The building is built on a base of electrified parking spots, connecting the building with the rest of the island in a sustainable manner. The charging stations are all powered by the naturally generated solar energy from the 1900m2 solar panels on the roof of the existing building. Green Innovation House is a space that’s built sustainably to bring together companies that innovate sustainably.
The space.
A brightly lit and airy space that allows for the free flow of innovative ideas. Part of the space is allocated for shared co-working bringing together expertise from multiple fields. The building will also offer standard office space for small to medium companies that can help pioneer sustainable ideas in the space. All of this is integrated and brought together in a building that will foster creativity and spark joy for like-minded people.
Green Innovation House will be pursuing the highest standards of sustainable design and effectively using solar energy by connecting the rooftop solar panels to building systems like ventilation, heating, and cooling. The construction and setup of GIH will be a beacon for future development in Spain, Europe, and World.
